Alfred Dunhill

As the first eCommerce Manager for Alfred Dunhill, one of the luxury maisons within the Richemont group, I had responsibility for managing the transactional website from shortly after it was launched.

After introducing paid search campaigns, email marketing and a small affiliate programme to drive sales, the focus was on taking the transactional site to a global audience with the additional capability of multi-currency, multi language and multi DC being developed to enable delivery in a large number of different territories around the World.

I then worked to recruit an agency in to re-platform, re-develop and re-design the brand and transactional sites, to ensure a single online presence for the brand.
