As the affiliate manager for ASOS.com, I was responsible for running the extensive programmes that had been built up since the launch of the company, over a number of different networks. I was tasked with managing the programme in line with the brand strategy, and ensuring that the brand collateral throughout all affiliates was as required, and trying to ensure that affiliate relationships represented value for both affiliates and the brand.
