As the first eCommerce Manager for World Design & Trade Ltd, better known for their brands – Firetrap, Full Circle and Sonneti (SC51), I was responsible for managing the fledgling online department of this international fashion/design business. Primarily this involved the launch of the group’s first transactional website, optimising and, where necessary, developing the site and back office processes to ensure smooth running and excellent customer service, delivering the first 12 months of trading, over-delivering sales targets, and launching and running all elements of online marketing and traffic generation.
